Lisa brings 20 years' professional experience in leadership and career development coaching to her practice, focusing on early career, emerging leaders, return to work force, and career change. Of course, anyone looking for support with challenges, growth and balance is encouraged to connect! She combines this practical experience with long term education and research in improving wellness in mind, body and spirit.
Individual coaching sessions can include practical guidance for navigating career and life (e.g., goal setting, overcoming obstacles, development opportunity insight), as well as counseling for balance & stress management using multiple modalities.
